The live event engine

One daemon resolves every chat to its own tenant, so each community sees only its own project. These are the event types shipped and running on mainnet today.

Where traits come from, and why onboarding is a config block. Trait data is read from the ledger itself: account_nfts returns each NFT URI from a plain rippled node and the IPFS JSON gives the traits. That works for any XRPL collection with no database, no per-client setup and no Clio.

Section 02 .. holder gating

Cryptographic wallet verification without trusting the courier

Other gates ask for a private key, or ask a member to connect a wallet to an unaudited dApp, or keep a plaintext map of who holds what. This one asks a member to sign a challenge, then verifies that signature itself.

The security invariant. The web page is a courier and nothing else. It never learns which Telegram account is verifying, it decides nothing, and it drops the raw proof into a mailbox. The bot then checks that proof against the ledger with its own verifier, and fails closed, before it issues a single-use invite.

What each tier unlocks

Free stays genuinely useful on purpose: alerts, contests, raids, custom media and wallet verification all work without paying, because every card carries the Ice Cave Labs footer. The subscription buys the analytical tooling and the fan-out. Billing is settled in RLUSD inside Telegram. There is no web checkout. For the current monthly price and your payment details, run /subscribe pro or /subscribe elite in your project chat: that is where the price actually lives, and it issues the payment tag that routes the money to your group.

¹ Watched wallets are part of the paid plan. The list is readable by anyone in the chat and removing an entry is free, but adding one needs Pro. If a subscription lapses you keep the wallets you already have, and the list simply cannot grow until it is back under the limit. A wallet cannot be renamed in place: remove it and add it again.
² Holder gating is Pro. The wizard opens its first screen on any tier so you can see what it does, but it cannot write a rule, a target group or an enabled state without the subscription.
³ Members can prove a wallet on any tier, but only once the project has a gate configured, and configuring one is Pro.

Emoji packs are a single table. Every emoji on every card and digest comes from one file, so a restyle is a one-file edit. Packs (classic, ocean, neon, royal, degen, minimal) and a project symbol are Pro, per-slot overrides are Elite, and a lapsed subscription drops back to classic on its own rather than breaking a card.

Raid coordination and an honour-system leaderboard

Buy contests run the same way: /leaderboard shows live standings, and no contest exists until an admin starts one, so the command answers honestly on a quiet day.

Every command below is registered in the running bot. Aliases and closely related commands are shown beneath each one, and the description says where they differ. Admin commands need group admin. The tier badge is the minimum tier for the operation described, and a locked command offers the upgrade instead of failing silently.
